Imparting knowledge and honing the skills of aspiring beauty professionals.
Include developing, enhancing training materials, training programmes, delivering workshops, webinar and providing one-on-one coaching sessions.
Ensuring that all participants meet the companys standards and qualifications.
Provide training (individual or group) of a variety of beauty therapy techniques, including facials, massage, and body treatments.
Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on training.
Monitor progress of internal staff as well as external customers through having periodic assessments and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Ensure all training activities comply with health and safety regulations.
Stay updated and share on the latest beauty therapy trends, techniques, and products
Maintain professional relationships, providing guidance and support as needed
Preferably able to handle beauty devices and equipment.
Diploma or above and with Beauty Certification
- Prefer language: English, Chinese & Malay
Good computer skills
