BEAUTY THERAPIST

Position: Beauty Therapist (Junior/Senior)

• Responsibilities / Job Description:

Report to the Clinic Manager and assist in ensuring DRNRineu KPIs & OKRs are met.

• Assist the Doctor during treatments and consultations.

Deliver high-standard aesthetic treatments (facial & body) following NSC guidelines.

• Maintain excellent customer service with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ensure high personal hygiene and grooming standards.

• Keep treatment rooms clean and organised as per the opening checklist.

Properly maintain and use equipment, ensuring sterilisation and disinfection.

• Assist customers with registration, medical questionnaires, and consent forms.

Update and maintain patient files, customer records, treatment details, and before/after photos in NSC systems.

• Participate in meetings, support marketing activities, and perform daily closing activities.

Prioritizing, organizing, and completing all assigned duties by management (planned and ad-hoc).

• Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years working experience in the beauty wellness / medical industry. Both junior and senior levels are encouraged to apply.

• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently and as a team.

Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.

• Familiarity with skin care products and their application.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Certification in specialized beauty treatments will be an added advantage.
