Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide full support on matters related to clinic operation
  • Assisting the aesthetic doctor in performing treatments and procedures.
  • Able to perform facials/ treatment to patients.
  • Provide top notch customer service to build customer loyalty
  • Diligently follow up with new and existing customers
  • Able to upsell products and treatment packages according to customers needs
  • Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and hygiene work environment.
  • Maintaining proper clinical record keeping.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least 3 year and above of beauty and related experience in the field
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Having SKM2 & 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO and beauty related cert has an added advantage.
  • Having knowledge on skin care.
  • Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient on the task given.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Strong communication skills to all levels
  • Positive and to-do attitude
