Facial Treatments: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration using professional skincare products (e.g., Toskani).
Skin Analysis: Conduct thorough skin assessments to understand the client's skin type and conditions, providing customized treatment plans and product recommendations.
Massage Therapy: Deliver relaxing facial and body massages to enhance circulation, tone, and rejuvenation.
Client Consultation: Offer professional skincare and lifestyle advice, including recommendations for diet, exercise, and at-home skincare routines.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment areas, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized.
Customer Service: Ensure clients receive top-notch service, from welcoming them to arranging appointments and answering questions about treatments.
Payment & Scheduling: Assist in booking appointments, processing payments, and keeping records of treatments and client history.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in the beauty and skincare industry (training will be provided for less-experienced candidates).
Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Knowledge of various facial treatments, skincare products, and techniques.
Strong communication skills and the ability to consult and advise clients.
Passion for skincare and beauty, with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
