Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Consult customer professionally and confidently regarding aesthetic procedures and skin problem.
  • Provide professional skin/ body analysis and recommend suitable range of aesthetic treatment and products to customers.
  • Promoting the company services and products to customers.
  • Demonstrate an excellent and oriented customer service.
  • Good communication skills and provide professional advice to customers on treatments performed.
  • Provide a friendly, efficient service to all members/clients at all time.
  • Follow up appointment and maintain good relationship with new and existing customer.
  • Provide quality customer service and portray a professional image at all times.
  • Dedicated to achieving personal and group sales target.
  • Maintain a high level of workplace hygiene and cleanliness.

Job Requirements

  • Have experiences in the beauty or related industries.
  • Able to commit retails hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Have a great passion in beauty industry and willing to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
