- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant or a related role in the aesthetics industry (a plus)
- Strong knowledge of skincare science, ingredients, and product benefits.
- Familiarity with non-surgical aesthetic treatments (dermal fillers, fat grafting, thread lifts, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns effectively.
- Strong sales and consultative skills to recommend products and services confidently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
