Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
- Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow up
Provide in-depth explanation to clients regarding treatments / procedures with the objective of closing sales- Advise clients on necessary aftercare
Always response customer call / message as soon as possible
Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of clinic
- Assist in frontline duties i.e. registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing etc. when required.
Assist doctors with procedures when required- Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization
Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues
- Assist branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports
Ensure daily task is completed. E.g; daily dispensary, treatment note, patient file updated, follow up- Extent of reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instruction
