Job Description

Job Responsibility

Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervisestaffs, including beauticians, and manicurist.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage day to day outlet operation.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining outlet standards and addressing customer concerns promptly.
  • Manage appointments and ensure efficient customer flow.

Sales And Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Promote salon services, products, and special offers to increase sales.

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
  • Monitor stock control

Job Requirements

  • SPM and above
  • Previous experience in a beauty salon environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
