Beauty Advisor needed at Klang Valley area
RM1600 - RM3000
Guaranteed commission RM1,000
- Grooming Allowance: RM100.
- Shoes Allowance: RM200.
- Commission & Incentive follow brand scheme.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the brand values, maintaining the correct appearance of store/counter.
- Ensure boutiques/counters are clean and tidy.
- Demonstrate fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques.
- Provide service and beauty advice to create positive customer experience.
- Systematically looking for cross-axis sales, developing loyal customers.
- Provide appropriate, personalized product and sample recommendations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Meeting sales target.
- Take care of counter/store merchandising, stock inventory.
- Report to Boutique Manager any useful information on competitors, consumer complaints and any important event at the point of sales.
- Adhere to brand grooming standards to display a professional demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Effective time management, problem solving and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding client service, sales driven.
- Candidates who can converse in English and Mandarin is a plus.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Working Shift: shift work.
Required to work on public holidays & weekend.
