Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in skincare or cosmetics. A Mandarin speaker is a plus, offering an added advantage in serving our diverse clientele.
Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on skincare and cosmetic products to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their individual needs and preferences.- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase the benefits and features of products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability by upselling and cross-selling products.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the beauty industry, specifically in skincare or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of skincare routines, cosmetic products, and current beauty trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers.- Proficiency in English; Mandarin speaking skills are an added advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
