- Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations to understand customers needs and concerns.
Perform facial treatments, utilizing your expertise in skincare techniques and products.
- Educate customers on effective skincare routines, products, and techniques to achieve optimal results.
Provide exceptional customer service by delivering personalized recommendations and beauty advice.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms, store, and products.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and appointments promptly and efficiently through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
- Proven experience in facial treatments and skincare.
Certification in Cidesco/Cibtac is a plus, showcasing your comprehensive knowledge and skills in beauty therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a beautician, with expertise in skincare treatments.
Familiarity with professional aesthetic equipment is an advantage.- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
