Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To be on time for outlet opening and outlet closing when on duty.
  • To perform facials and aesthetic treatments to customers and follow treatment protocol
  • To assist doctor doing various aesthetic procedures in the clinic.
  • Responsible to develop strong service quality and treatment measures.
  • Ensure all areas of the clinic are kept clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Ensure personal cleanliness, well grooming and follow company uniform attire.
  • Maintain confidentiality for all guests and colleagues at all times.
  • Ensure all PA, aesthetic devices and wellness equipment are maintained in good working order at all times.
  • Ensure that all stock and cash items are kept safely in safety box, under lock and key.
  • Able to achieve high performance and operational standards.
  • To achieve or exceed any given sales target.
  • To provide health & beauty advice and recommendation of company products and services to customers.
  • To communicate and coordinate effectively with team members and superiors.
  • To build and maintain good relationship with existing and new customers.
  • To provide excellent rapport and follow up with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Passionate about the Beauty and Medical Aesthetics.
  • Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership, and good communication skills are essential.
  • Positive mind set and good team work among colleaques.
  • Sales driven.
