We are seeking a dedicated Beautician to join our team at AAMRA Beauty & Wellness Center, Setia Alam. As a Beautician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional beauty and wellness services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Explaining services and packages offered by the clinic to customers.
Ensuring the spa maintains high standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
Providing facial services, massages, and hair treatments adhering to guidelines and SOPs.
Reporting any complications or issues to the Doctor or manager promptly.
Building strong relationships with customers and clients.
Ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Recommending and promoting skincare products and beauty packages based on customer needs.
Performing other tasks assigned by management as needed.
Criteria:
SPM or equivalent/Fresh graduates are welcome; full training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about the aesthetic and beauty field.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
