Start from scratch and set up HR shared services for the companies.
Process monthly payroll using payroll system. Ensure all the statutory deductions of EPF, SOCSO, and Income Tax are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals and comply with legal requirements.
Involve in recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Administer and support HR programs, including benefits enrolment, leave of absence management, employee mobility, and employee recognition initiatives, escalating to appropriate regional teams when necessary.
Job Requirements
Proficient in Mandarin and English is required for this role.
Certified HR Manager professional, graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Preferred at least 3 years of experience in the same roles
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Knowledge in Foreign Worker management.
Proficiency in HRDCorp E-tris system, HR Management Systems, and Microsoft Office.
Familiar with statutory online payment and portal. Eg Mytax, Assist portal (SOCSO) etc
Fluent in English and Mandarin, speaking and writing
