Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
  • Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings.
  • Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
  • Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
  • Applicants with fluent proficiency in Mandarin and English (Read, Speak, Type)
  • Applicants who can work from Monday-Friday, 9am 6pm
  • Applicants who can start on 5th of June.
  • Applicants are required to be 25 years and above.

Job Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: RM3100 Basic + Up to RM500 KPI + Up to RM400 Night Shift
  • EPF + SOSCO
  • Annual Leaves and Medical Leaves
  • 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
  • Variety of facilities in company (pool, gym, rest zone and cafeteria)
  • Free shuttle van service is provided from Ara Damansara LRT Station
  • Workplace is 10 minutes walking distance from Ara Damansara LRT Station
