To provide system support for HP-NonStop, Base24 ATM application.
Perform problem investigation problem identification, root cause analysis, solution definition and implementation to Base24 ATM application
Perform SIT testing on the production bug fixes
To work closely with user to support UAT testing on the production bug fixes
Perform regression SIT & support testing on production bug fixes / enhancement.
Perform program coding and fixes when needed
Perform technical system improvements and automation.
Job Qualifications
More than 3 years of strong technical knowledge in programming using TAL, Cobol/SCobol, ENFORM, TACL, HP NonStop utilities
More than 3 years of strong application knowledge in ACI Base24 ATM application cover N50 Device Handler, TSS, AKDS, Authorisation, Host Interface and BIC/BICI & familiarity with ATM
Good knowledge in Control-M and Connect Direct.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify the root cause of issue based on the behaviours and symptom described by the user.
Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and proactive team player.
Required to work on shifts on a rotational basis to provide 18 by 7 support with 2 days off. (9 hours per shift 6:30am to 3:30pm/ 2:30pm to 11:30pm)
