Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. You will need to assist the Manager in delivering efficient and quality service to guests according to Hyatt's standards. It includes taking and fulfilling beverage orders, maintaining positive guest interactions, and performing beverage inventories. You are also required to be knowledgeable of beverage and menu offerings, in anticipation of guest needs and to deliver highly attentive service.
Qualifications
- Due to Work Permit restrictions, applications are only available for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience providing customer service preferably in a similar setting with a working knowledge of Spirits, Wine, Beer, and Food Service.
- Able to work within an empowered and fast-paced environment that services the bar and servers within the restaurant.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain daily operations.
- Guest-focused and good impersonal skills.
