Job Summary
As a Barista you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and preparing high-quality coffee beverages. You will greet customers with a friendly smile, take orders accurately, and create customized drinks to exceed their expectations. Your passion for coffee and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to our success in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.

• Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, following company recipes and standards.

• Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, greeting them with a smile, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations when needed.

Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and serving stations, in accordance with health and safety standards.

Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.

• Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.

Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and customer service skills.

• Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with team members, communicating effectively, and supporting coworkers as needed.

• Skill and Knowledge:

Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavour profiles.

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
