Job description
Require min SPM (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
Able to cope with fast-paced environment.
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills.
Able to start immediately would be an added advantage.
For casual position, candidate must be available to work during peak hours especially lunch hour, able to work for long term, minimum 3 months is a plus point.
Willing to work on early shift, closing shift, weekends & public holidays.
Prepare food and beverage as per standard operating procedure such as coffee, pastry etc.
Deliver friendly customer service to the customers.
In charge for cashier, process cash, card payments, or e-wallet, familiar with POS systems.
Use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and up sell to customers
Restock needed supplies, notify leader when inventory levels begin to run low
Keep the work areas, like food preparation areas, customer areas are always clean and organized.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
Fulfil any other duties assigned by outlet leader.
