RESPONSIBILITIES:- Ensure day to day operation is carried out smoothly based on the policies and procedures given by the management.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming customers and attending/handling to customers inquiries, request and/or complaints if any in friendly and respectful manners.- Prepares all drinks by following prescribed recipes and steps in preparation techniques for all the beverages and coffee drinks, not limited to, espresso, Americano coffee, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
Up-sell/Cross-sell to customers - recommend add-ons/promote other products to increase sales and meet the team goals and objectives.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, for coffee bar.
Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; voice for repairs.- Keep stations cleanliness and complying with all applicable SOP of sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards at all times.
Take orders while paying attention to customer details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
- To serve beverages and prepared food when waiter is busy serving other customers, like cookies, cakes and pastries. Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
