Job Title: Service Crew Member / Barista

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew Members and Baristas. In these roles, you will be integral in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a delightful experience for our patrons.

• Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly attitude

• Taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently

Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more

• Operating coffee-making equipment with precision and care

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in both the dining and work areas

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Assisting with food preparation and packaging as needed

• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar service role is a plus, but not required

• In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment (for Barista role)

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

Pay: RM1,
