Job Responsibility

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages swiftly.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Restocking and organising the Grab & Go supplies and inventory.
  • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborating with the Grab & Go team to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • Fresh graduate are most welcome to apply.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a warm and friendly experience for our guests.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Able to work on rotation of shifts, weekends and public holidays.
