Job Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, and addressing customer inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying the senior barista or manager when supplies are low.
Support daily operations by performing tasks such as restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and setting up workstations.
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and offering assistance when needed.
Stay updated about current beverage trends and new products to enhance customer service and product knowledge.

Job Requirements

Passionate about coffee and patisserie products.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a barista.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and product offerings.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Full-Time: 5 and 6 working days every alternate week.
Part-Time: Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
