JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Min Qualification: SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/ Business Studies/ Food & Beverage/Office Administration/Bar School.
Min Experience: 3-5 years working experience in full service restaurant; 5 years bartending and serving cocktails. Wine service and waited tables with cash/till/deposit responsibilities.
Manage daily bar operation using checklist for opening and closing of bar.- Monitor stock inventory for alcohol, bar supplies, juices bottled drinks and fresh cakes and
pastries. Control inventory of glassware, tools and utensils for the bar and crockeries for tea and coffee and cake serving dishes.
- Sound knowledge and skills in preparing hot and cold beverages; alcohol and non-alcohol cocktails; coffee and tea preparation.
Maintain bar and dessert counters cleaned and organized for next shift.
- Knowledge on liquor licensing and consumption.
Maintain health and safety practices behind bar and serving counters and food hygiene.- Computer literate with software applications (Word, Excel, POS).
