Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills
- Coffee lover with strong passion in brewing, coffee and beverages (Trainings will be provided with certifications!)
Friendly, Positive attitude, Self-Disciplined and Willing to learn- Comfortable to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
Good punctuality and attendance.
Job Description
- Create world class experience for customers (E.g. providing prompt service, menu recommendations)
Provide high quality beverages & products (GREAT COFFEE is a must!)- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation regulations in the outlet.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
