• Job Description:

As a Barista at Keeklr, you will be an integral part of our caf team, responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and beverage creations that align with our brands vision. You will have the opportunity to lead by example, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute to a welcoming and efficient caf environment. Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic about coffee, driven by creativity, and eager to provide outstanding customer service.

• Responsibilities:

Coffee Crafting: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and providing recommendations to enhance their caf experience.Quality Control: Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other caf staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations, including managing the flow of orders and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and minimizing waste.

Barista Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior baristas, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of coffee and beverage creations.

Barista Skills: Exceptional coffee-making skills with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and provide a positive caf experience.

• Creativity: A passion for coffee and beverage innovation, with the ability to develop new recipes and drink offerings that excite and satisfy our guests.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced caf environment, with the flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.

• Requirements:

Passion for Coffee: A deep love for coffee and beverages, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills.

Team Player: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others in a caf setting.Professionalism: High standards of hygiene and presentation, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
