Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and drip coffee.- Grind coffee beans and calibrate grind size according to specific brewing methods.
Operate espresso machines, coffee makers, and other equipment with precision.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee beverages, following established recipes and standards.
Keep work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Monitor and restock coffee supplies, condiments, and other items as needed.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
Assist with training new staff members as needed.
