Assist the F&B Manager/Banquet Manager with scheduling, training, and performance management.
Supervise events and team members throughout service. Guide the Banquet staff in the setup of tables and place settings.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
Check with organizer for function programme before function commences.
Check the event order on all the requirements of the function before function commences
Give instructions or briefing to banquet waiter or part time waiter on the requirements of the function and at the same time on physical appearance of staff on a job standard and courtesy to be stressed.
Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms, and storage areas.
Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture, and fixtures in the Banquet and Catering Section.
Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the banquet service.
Responsible for monthly inventory, consumption, and banquet staff labor.
Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating guest supplies, beverage supplies, and operating equipment for functions assigned.
Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements
Should possess at least SPM/Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
Minimum 3- 5 years related experience.
Should possess in-depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
