- 45am - 5.45pm
- To perform and ensure Merchants and Retail Payments are done accurately and efficiently.
To ensure GL posting and day end balancing according to the transactions.
- To ensure the daily Department KPIs and SLA recorded according to the task.
To support inquiries- To update and adhere strictly to standard operating procedures (SOP).
To ensure that task carried out are compliance with the Regulatory/BNM in the course of pursuing business objectives.
- To enhance service delivery quality through preservation of data accuracy & integrity and sanctity of data confidentiality
To inculcate a performancedriven work culture- Any ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by HOU / HOD
Merchant posting for refund, charge, IPP
Time Management
- Pleasant and mature personality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office MS Excel & MS Words- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Effective communication skills able to communicate in English/BM orally and in writing.
