Your Job Responsibilities
- Form strong, trusting relationships with Deriv affiliates/partners.
- Use your knowledge of Bangladesh s market combined with the knowledge of our products and services to help Deriv expand.
- Help create local regional plans based on our local partners needs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor strategies in the Bangladesh market to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
- Initiate local projects that raise awareness of our brand and increase people's interest in the area.
- Work with Deriv's team around the world and local teams. Share ideas and focus on local details.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development or related fields
- Understanding of Bangladesh, the culture, and business challenges
- Good networking abilities
- Strong communication skills in English and relevant local languages
- Flexibility and a talent for solving problems
Nice-to-have
- Relevant industry experience
- Exposure in managing affiliates activities and financial services
- Exposure to using technology and digital tools
