Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop new recipes, concepts and techniques for breads.
  • Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter.
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough dividers to produce baked goods of desired quality.
  • Inspect baked products for quality, appearance, and adherence to specifications.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe bakery environment.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of baking experience in bread.
  • Passionate about baking, good personality and creative.
  • Able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia and/or in Mandarin and/or local dialect.
