Responsibilities:Planning a Cake (Bread, Pastry) production schedule.
Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.
Recording all of documentation for HACCP, ISO.
Implementing improvements to the production process.
Ensuring products meets quality standards.
Managing Food quality and safety standard
Managing and record X-ray and metal detector
Prepare production records and wastage.
Review production workflow.
Stocktaking by daily, weekly, monthly.
Review used ingredients by all products.
Work closely with R&D team for new products and campaign launch.
Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
Responsible to Production activities is adhered to Halal requirement.
At least 5 years of experience
in as production in Bakery industry.
Have experience work in factory is preferred.
Understanding of food standard (HACCP, HALAL & ISO).
Understanding of safety regulation (JKKP, ISO)
Candidate who poses Halal requirement and working experience will be an added
advantage.
Strong organizational skill.
Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
