Comprehensive Oversight:
Oversee all bakery department operations, including production, quality control, and administrative tasks.Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent product quality and impeccable presentation of bakery items.Inventory Management: Maintain high standards for bakery ingredients and products, overseeing their procurement, quantity, and proper storage.
- Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues, hygiene concerns, and safety hazards to the management for resolution.
Experience as Baker or pastry making.
