- Possess strong understanding of baking techniques and recipes as well as knowledge of ingredients to craft recipes
- Extensive knowledge in Danish and breads is highly preferred
- Designing new recipes that align with the store direction and improving existing recipes
- Ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained in the department.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and communicate effectively amongst all team members.
- Monitor and plan the daily production and prepare for the upcoming production stocks
- Ensure sufficient quantities of Danish and Breads are produced daily.
- Ensure all items are above par level at all times
- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
