Backend Developer

This is a 12-month initial contract role

work location: Wisma, KL Malaysia

Job Description (JD)

Maintain and Develop new Enhancements/Modules on existing Internet Banking application for SME.

Identify and implement performance enhancements/improvements within system.

Manage penetration testing findings related to application.

Architect or review project solutions for both new solutions and existing implementations

Ensure proper system development practice within the team

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

Spring Boot Framework, Microservices architecture design, REST API Architecture

Spring Security OAuth2 Authorization Framework + JSON Web Token (JWT)

Spring Batch Framework for batch processing.

Alfresco Activiti as workflow engine for business process management(BPM) BPMN2.0 diagram, REST API for process services

Understanding on RedHat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), Kubernetes & Docker concept (Docker Container, Docker Image) for deployment and running system application

ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash & Kibana) knowledge for application data & logs

GIT for source code version control

Apache Maven to build & manage project.

Jenkins for test, build & deployment.

Understanding & knowledge in various program test, e.g.: unit test, integration test etc & use SonarQube for quality code scan.
