Job Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and be familiar with frameworks such as Laravel, WordPress, Yii, and CodeIgniter. Knowledge of Node.js and Python is a significant plus. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, database schemas, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and related frameworks
- specifically Laravel. Additional good to have knowledge on WordPress, Yii,
- CodeIgniter.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement database schemas.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer with at least 2+ years of professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with Laravel.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of Yii, CodeIgniter, Node.js or Python is a plus.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to integrate with backend logic.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
