Job Responsibilities
The candidate will direct report to B2B Sales Manager, Razer Gold (Southeast Asia), working closely with business development and marketing team of Razer Gold to drive B2B (reseller) sales and partnership opportunities in Malaysia. The position has the responsibility on B2B (reseller) growth strategy, project and forecast revenue. Ensuring operational excellence and healthy inventory to cater for reseller needs, the candidate will be working diligently with global application support team and global procurement team.
People management with 3 direct reports. This position requires a leader with self-directed, adaptable individual with very strong communication skills, who can work under pressure, along with proven experience managing master resellers with cross regions business touch points and strategic accounts operating within Malaysia.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- P/L responsibilities with sales and revenue target ownership for Razer Gold Malaysia B2B (reseller) portfolio.
- Develop growth strategy and business partnerships pipeline that drives ROIs for the product annually.
- Identify business opportunities and work with Product Development team to develop product requirement specifications to capture the business opportunities.
- Responsible for channel relationships and the opening of channels to drive distribution for Razer Gold.
- Develop marketing plans and campaigns to support resellers sales activities.
- Working closely with global and local marketing team to leverage on key campaigns to include resellers in the campaigns to drive greater revenue.
- Understand the gaming and digital content landscape and partners across PC, Mobile and Console.
- Plan and attend quarterly business review session with master resellers together with sales executive team.
- Consolidate and analyze revenue and partnership data related to partner accounts to be presented on bi-weekly/monthly to country manager.
- Negotiate agreements with clients and manage, review, and renew such agreements as required to maximize business interests for Razer Gold
- Inventory management, besides having healthy stock holding to cater for daily business needs. Very important to closely monitor aging stocks movement and put in execution plans to deplete slow moving stocks.
- Plan and actively migrating existing resellers from current API Pin Store and WebPos to Razer Gold Distribution Hub (RGDH) to achieve greater transaction efficiency and growing new revenue.
Pre-Requisites
- Qualifying degree with 4+ years of experience in the online gaming/digital content or payment service industry.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience and successful track record in key account management and new account acquiring.
- Minimum 3 years experience and track record in managing team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and presentation skill is important.
- Ability to work well in a fast, ambiguous environment and collaborate with international teams across multiple areas and matrix organization.
