We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding our B2B client base across both Penang and Kuala Lumpur. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.
Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and expand our client base across different state in Malaysia.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, focusing on growing our presence in the B2B sector within the region.Lead and Mentor Sales Team:
Guide and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and providing ongoing support to achieve individual and team sales goals.Negotiation and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and manage contracts to meet company standards and client expectations.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and enhance the customer experience.
Proven B2B Sales Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the food and beverage or a related industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Leadership and Team Management:
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance.Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
