Job Summary & purpose
Develop L'Occitane brand image and skin care expertise, via qualitative partnerships with amenities, to enhance guest experience and brand loyalty, do the premium sampling for the brand in hospitality industry.
The B2B Regional Manager SEA will be responsible for:
Business development and account management in SEA market (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand) with premium hotels.
Make the right pricing strategy for L'Occitane in SEA countries and enlarge the market share.
Work with BtoB APAC and Central team to set and deliver on annual budget and forecast.
Present the latest innovation to customers and do aggressive prospection.
Reporting and analysis on client and product segmentation and keep close look on sustainability trend.
Work with Regional spa team and pitch for Spa opportunities.
Theme 1:
- Development, Prospection (amenities and spa):
- Manage new business acquisition and development of luxury independent hotel partners, premium clubs, luxury restaurant chains and gyms in SEA. Includes cold calling, email campaigns, networking, industry research, client presentations, sampling and relationship development.
- In charge of quotation and pricing negotiation, samples, contracts, new accounts set up
- Collaborate with Spa team to recruit suitable hotel Spa partners for L'OCCITANE Group brands
Theme 2:
- existing accounts
- Regular client visits and communications with existing accounts
- Process incoming Purchase Orders, coordinate delivery with accounts and logistics department
- Coordinate invoices and payment with finance department
- Negotiate updated pricing per client annually if necessary
- Collaborate with local office, SCM, marketing team in TH and SG
Theme 3:
- budgeting and reporting:
- Prepare annual sales budgets and reforecasts, prepare monthly sales report, consolidate reports for corporate deals
- Maintain accurate forecasts (per sku) based on history orders and client updates with demand planning team
- Close monitoring of Excess & Obsolete stock with action plans
Theme 4: Marketing support:
- Prepare new product launches for SEA market
- Local adaptation of communication tools and product presentation based on client needs
- Do competitor study across hotel amenities market (pricing, trends)
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Over 8 years working experience on business development in hospitality industry, cosmetics industry, FMCG, gifting etc.
