Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Sales Leader with a 10 years of experience to drive our B2B sales efforts. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective leadership of our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales management, excellent leadership skills, great commercial negotiator skills and a strategic mindset to expand our client base and meet sales targets.

  • Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand our customer base within the B2B sector.
Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture relationships, and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management, sales forecasting, and analysis of sales metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, keeping abreast of competitive landscape and industry developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
  • Identifying and negotiating deals with new partners
Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships


  • Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in the health care is preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
