Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Digital Marketing Specialist fluent in Hindi/Urdu/Bengali and Khmer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that target businesses in multiple regions, ensuring that all marketing content is culturally relevant and tailored to the specific languages spoken.
Digital Strategy Development:- Create, manage, and optimize B2B digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, content marketing).
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with business goals and objectives.Content Creation and Localization:
Develop high-quality marketing content in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer, including blogs, newsletters, white papers, case studies, and social media posts.
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant and accurately translated, capturing the nuances of the languages.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific industries and regions.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the target regions.- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into marketing strategies.
SEO and SEM:- Optimize website content and digital campaigns for search engines in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer.
Manage paid search campaigns, ensuring high conversion rates and cost-effectiveness.Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and regional platforms.
- Engage with audiences in the respective languages, building brand awareness and fostering relationships.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns.
Language Proficiency:- Fluent in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Khmer, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in these languages.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt marketing content accordingly.Experience:
3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably with a focus on multilingual campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, and social media management platforms.
Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and experience with website analytics.
Ability to create engaging and culturally relevant content in multiple languages.- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
Analytical Skills:- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and other performance improvement techniques.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in international markets, particularly in South Asia and Southeast Asia.- Familiarity with additional languages from the region is a plus.
Certification in digital marketing or a related field is an advantage.
