Job Responsibilities
Oversee Hotel Key Account Management team for Northern, Southern & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) region.
Build and drive Hotel Sales Distribution channels to achieve Hotel Sales and revenue for respective region
Engage and expand strong client relationships in the local market to promote success.
Be accountable and lead all sales execution plans in respective regions.
Own end to end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and execution of closing strategies, to the final stage of bringing new clients on-board
Drive revenue growth through consultative sales and development of strategic proposals.
Craft strategic proposals, project plans, and break into new lines of business groups within the defined segments to generate successful sales conversion
Build, develop and strengthen sales distribution internal and external such as dealers and forming partnerships with key industry to increase sales acquisitions
Create a high level network of events and follow up, working closely with Marketing resources
Study and gather market intelligence on customer preferences, trends, competition, products etc and advice management on relevant initiatives to identify and opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 6 years of work experience in sales management positions in a service related industry.
Knowledge of CRM system will be added advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
