Audit Associate
Audit associates are the backbone of audit team. You play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client financial statements. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:
Assist with planning, executing, and finalizing audits for various clients. This involves tasks like:
- Performing tests on internal controls to assess their effectiveness.
Conducting audit procedures to test the accuracy of financial records.- Preparing working papers and documenting findings to support the audit opinion.
Collaborate with senior auditors and managers on assigned projects.
- Communicate audit results effectively to management and relevant parties.
Stay updated on auditing standards, Malaysian financial regulations, and industry best practices.
A recognized degree in Accounting or a similar field, preferably with at least a strong second-class upper classification.- Pursuing or possessing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
