Audit associates are the backbone of audit team. You play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of client financial statements. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

• Responsibilities:

Assist with planning, executing, and finalizing audits for various clients. This involves tasks like:

• Performing tests on internal controls to assess their effectiveness.

Conducting audit procedures to test the accuracy of financial records.

• Preparing working papers and documenting findings to support the audit opinion.

Collaborate with senior auditors and managers on assigned projects.

• Communicate audit results effectively to management and relevant parties.

Stay updated on auditing standards, Malaysian financial regulations, and industry best practices.

• Qualifications:

A recognized degree in Accounting or a similar field, preferably with at least a strong second-class upper classification.

• Pursuing or possessing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, etc.) is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
