Job Descriptions:
In-house support in repairing and servicing AV products such as amplifiers, microphones, lighting etc.
Perform on-site and in-house services and repairs.
Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe and good running condition for customers.
To attend customers equipment breakdown
Perform daily administrative functions such as recording of field problems or updating of service record in Autocount system.
Generating daily delivery report and service attended
Assist at event or project setup & dismantle once needed.
Other ad-hoc duties tasks as directed by Management.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Engineering (Audio/Visual/Lighting/Electrical/Electronic or equivalent)
GDL driving license with clean driving records.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Computer Literate (Excel, Words), Internet application.
Experience in AV repair field is required for this position.
Knowledge and proficient use of electronic tools and diagnostic test equipment
Able to work in a team and individually as well with minimum supervision.
Responsible, hardworking, strong communication skills and fast learner
