A graduate qualification
Minimum 5 years working experience leading recruitment team and managing resourcing matters
Acquire proven experience in leading, coaching and developing teams in a dynamic environment
Demonstrate capability to design and implement resourcing solutions with a strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach
Comfortable working closely with key senior management leaders
Analytical, resourceful and meticulous
Strong interpersonal, communications and project management skills
Ideally with hands-on knowledge on resourcing platforms, tools and techniques
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
Handling all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport and Permit renewal and all related document- To assist in scheduling and preparation of FOMEMA for foreign worker.
To assist in Foreign Workers clearance and exit at KLIA.
- Others administrative related functions as when assigned from time to time.s.
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hireand cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods.
Research and choose job advertising options- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations- Participate in job fairs and career events
Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
