Key Accountabilities
Provide project management resource to directly manage key projects across the organization, delivering within the agreed scope, cost, and timeline.
Develop and maintain company-wide project management process, framework, and methodology including document templates, identifying project phases, reporting and planning information for successful project delivery.
Responsible for the recruitment, supervision, coaching, appraisal, induction, development and performance management of staff working in the PMO.
Provide project management support, advice and assistance to people and/or departments across the organization managing their own projects.
Responsible for defining project budgets and ensuring that they are well managed.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Business or any related discipline
At least 10 year(s) of working experience as a Project Manager in the Insurance/Financial Industry is required for this position
Strong hands-on experience in managing teams and project delivery
Experience managing multiple medium-to-large size projects
Good understanding of the financial and/or insurance industry and knowledgeable in insurance systems and operational processes is an advantage
PMP certified preferred
Dedicated team player with good leadership skills
Possess strong client management experience, communication and people development skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
