Job Title: Finance & Projects Associate (PQE 2-3 years)
Reports to: Partner
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts such as PPA, EPC, O&M and concession, are essential.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas will be highly regarded:
- project financing; and
- mergers and acquisitions involving companies involved in energy and infrastructure.
- Experience in private practice dealing with clients made up of major energy or infrastructure companies.
- Ideally the candidate comes from a similar firm environment, where they have developed, or have the potential to develop, very strong technical, drafting, client relationship and commercial skills.
- Possesses strong work and client service ethics, an outgoing personality and leadership.
Qualification:
- Good academic results from a well-regarded university.
- Strong verbal and drafting skills in English.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
