Connect Energy is established since 2006 with the focus in Energy industry. To date, we have 9 offices strategically opened in locations to be near to our clients. To curb the current work load, we are currently looking for an ASSOCIATE RECRUITER to join our team.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Recruitment Manager (RM) to source for relevant candidates based on the requirements provided.
- To assist in tender bidding processes such as compilation of bids documents, sourcing and compiling cvs for submission purposes.
- To assist to compile timesheets and expense claims from contractors, verify the accuracy before submit to finance department for payment.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years experiences working in either recruitment agency or in house TA role.
- MUST have experience working in Energy, ideally oil and gas industry before.
- Willing to work remotely.
- Independent, pro-active and task oriented is critical as most of the time, you will be working by yourself.
