ROLE PUROSE
- QA positions required to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards before they reach the customer.
- To involve in software testing and related activities such as test design, and test executions.
Principal Accountabilities
- Understand the business requirement and system change request before conducting testing.
- Prepare test plan according to the user requirement and create & maintain test cases.
- Perform manual and/or automated test executions where relevant and verify the application/product/software/system to ensure meet the defined requirements.
- Involve in automation framework development e.g. design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks for various types of testing (e.g., functional, performance, regression)
- Able to perform first level troubleshooting and analysis if found any system defects and report to technical team if it is a program bug.
- To mitigate risk and prevent any potential software application issues.
- To be a good coordinator when supporting user testing.
- Proper documentation for safekeep and the proof of testing conducted.
Skills / Knowledge
- Academic Qualification: A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
- Professional Qualification (Preferred but not mandatory):
oSoftware Testing related e.g., ISTQB
- Experience: Possessing knowledge Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Fintech, Banking, Cards/Payments industry is a plus
- Experience in Software Development, Software Testing methodology and principles preferred
- Candidate with programming background and extensive SQL knowledge will have an advantage
