We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Lead to join our Enterprise Business Operation team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily operations, support the team in delivering high-quality services, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong operational skills, effective communication, and people management skills. In this role, you will lead and manage the Policy Services, Renewal and Claim Admin team. You will report to the Senior Team Lead, Operations and work closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operation of Enterprise Business Operation Department.

1.Team Support:

-Assist the Senior Team Lead in leading and mentoring the EBO team.

-Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

-Plan and manage the team's daily work distribution and ensuring team's clearance targets are achieved.

2.Operations Management:

-Oversee the implementation of policy administration processes and procedures.

-Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

-Identify and address any operational issues to maintain high-quality service delivery.

3.Quality Control:

-Monitor and review the team's output to ensure accuracy and completeness.

-Implement quality control measures and best practices to enhance service delivery.

-Assist in conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain standards.

-Assist in conducting regular trainings to ensure up to date knowledge.

4.Process Improvement:

-Contribute to the development and optimization of operational processes.

-Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

-Assist in implementing new systems and tools to enhance productivity.

5.Communication and Coordination:

-Act as a liaison between the EBO team and other departments.

-Ensure effective communication of policies, procedures, and updates to the team.

-Coordinate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights.

6.Escalation Handling:

-Assist in addressing and resolving escalations and issues promptly.

-Support conflict resolution efforts within the team and with external stakeholders.
